Your tasks
- You accompany the employees in a participation-oriented manner in their work according to the core mission and SILEA brand core.
- You are the contact person for the employees and conduct employee interviews.
- You are responsible for the timely and qualitatively flawless processing of customer orders, as well as for deployment planning, setting up, guiding, and training the employees.
- You promote collaboration and communication within the department, across departments, and with our customers.
- Together with the site management, the team, and the employees, you strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and continuously develop the quality of services: for employees and business customers.

- You have experience in supporting people with disabilities.
- You are a communicative and engaging person.
- You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills.
- You have good manual skills.
- You are solution-oriented and show flexibility and openness to new things.
- Good perception, high resilience, as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working complete your profile.
