Secretary
Financial Control | 50% | Chur
Financial Control is the supreme specialized body for financial supervision. It supports the Grand Council, the Government, and the courts in financial oversight of the administration and the administration of justice.
We are looking for a motivated secretary (50%) to start immediately or by agreement.
Tasks
- Drafting reports, handling correspondence, and preparing presentations
- Supporting the office and section management as well as the auditors
- General secretarial work and management of the central document archive
- Organizing events for the team
- Periodic tasks in the agenda
- Supporting internal projects
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with a federal certificate of competence (AFC) or equivalent training and initial professional experience in a secretariat
- Proficiency in written and spoken German (native language), knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with the use of modern IT tools
- Structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise working method
- Service- and solution-oriented person, capable of working in a team, available, and with initiative
