Your tasks
- You take over project management in the SIA phases 31 – 53 (preliminary project to execution phase)
- You independently lead and coordinate one or more projects
- You conduct communication with building authorities, clients, and specialist committees confidently and professionally
- You ensure compliance with cost specifications and ensure that services are paid promptly through efficient checking and processing of invoices.
- You know the contractual agreements with our partner, ensure their implementation, and make sure that quality requirements are met.
- You monitor and supervise projects from design through the construction project to execution
- You ensure that projects are correctly set up legally and are approval-capable
- You are a reliable contact person for the commissioned specialist planners, specialists, contractors as well as for the client and our employees
What you bring
- Professional training as an architect or engineer (HF, FH, or university diploma) or construction manager, structural draftsman with project management training
- Professional experience as a construction or project manager
- The following qualities: joy in planning, coordinating, and realizing various construction projects, reliability, good manners with third parties, direct and open communication, honesty, loyalty, and teamwork
- You work independently, solution-oriented, precisely, and proactively
- Problem-solving skills, cost awareness, and negotiation skills are expected from us
- Good IT skills: MS Project, Messerli and/or ArchiCAD knowledge is an advantage
