Quality and Process Manager in the Education Sector, 60%
HEKS in-fra is a language and integration program for women, men, and children and offers German courses at various levels in the canton of Thurgau. Currently, there are around 50 semester courses at 4 locations (Arbon, Amriswil, Weinfelden, and Kreuzlingen), conducted by 20 certified course instructors. HEKS in-fra is also a qualified fide examination institution.

- You will further develop our quality management according to eduQua and fide – with system and purpose
- You will support the responsible adult education professionals to make our educational offerings even more professional and effective
- You will accompany audits, create the annual reporting, and develop clever quality assurance tools
- You will conduct surveys and analyze feedback so that we are always in tune with our stakeholders
- You will design processes that are effective and efficient – structured, digital, and practice-oriented
- You will advise professionals and managers on quality and processes
- You will bring fresh ideas into strategic projects and actively promote changes
- You are networked with partners, specialist offices, and authorities – and build new bridges
This is what you bring:
- Experience in quality or process management – ideally in the education or social sector
- Knowledge of QM systems such as eduQua or fide is an advantage (audit experience is a plus)
- A good eye for connections, a heart for clear structures
- Enjoyment of exchange in an interdisciplinary team, new ideas, and collaboration at eye level
- Digital tools do not intimidate you – on the contrary: you like to use them to simplify things
