These are your tasks
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external specialists
- Manage cross-discipline and cross-media infrastructure projects
- Create necessary foundations for project success such as credit applications, agreements, or contracts
- Be responsible for internal and external project communication in collaboration with experts
- Prepare regular reports on quality, costs, and deadlines
What distinguishes you
- University degree (HF/FH/ETH) in engineering, ideally with further education in business administration and project management
- Experience in leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams
- Experience with complex projects in public spaces
- Confident written expression in German
- Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset with high commitment
- Negotiation skills, conflict resolution ability, and assertiveness
- Responsible, solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
