As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated B2B Digital Campaign Manager for a temporary 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
As an experienced and visionary B2B Digital Campaign Manager for the EMEA/LATAM Region, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing effective B2B Digital Marketing Campaigns within the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in shaping the Global B2B Digital Campaign Strategy and tactics to accelerate implementation to local Marketing and Sales organizations (Affiliates) across EMEA/LATAM.
Tasks
- B2B Digital Campaign Management & Excellence: Contribute to the co-creation of Global B2B Digital Marketing Strategies, translating them into actionable and impactful digital marketing plans tailored to EMEA/LATAM market needs. Lead the effective roll-out, adoption, and accelerated execution of Global B2B Digital Marketing Campaigns across EMEA/LATAM affiliates, ensuring alignment with global strategy while enabling local relevance. Provide expert consulting to marketing teams on designing and optimizing best-in-class B2B digital campaigns and establish high standards and key operational processes.
- B2B Digital Marketing Excellence & Innovation: Actively monitor, evaluate, and share insights on the latest B2B digital marketing trends, competitive strategies, and emerging technologies relevant to EMEA/LATAM. Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation by partnering with pilot markets to test, learn, and scale advanced tactics (e.g., sophisticated segmentation, personalized omnichannel journeys, innovative B2B acquisition models, new marketing technologies, etc.).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global, Regional, and Local Marketers & Senior Leaders. Enable effective cross-functional collaboration to connect key stakeholders, ensure alignment, and drive timely decision-making for campaign success.
- Growth Mindset: Proactively seek feedback and view challenges as opportunities for continuous learning and adaptation. Maintain a strong sense of curiosity to constantly explore new digital possibilities and question the status quo.
Must-Haves
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in International Digital Marketing and/or Omnichannel Campaign Management.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
- Proven ability in agile project management, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the MedTech or Healthcare industry.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and native Social Media Platforms (paid & organic).
- Experience in the integration of AI into the campaign process and digital marketing activities.
