• You contribute to developing and advancing urban properties and areas for living and working.
• You gain insight into the drafting of building law contracts.
• You help engage the various stakeholders and involve them in the area handover.
• You reconcile the different requirements from urban planning, spatial planning, sustainability, and mobility with the needs of the residents.

• You have prior education (for example, two semesters of study) in the fields of spatial planning, real estate management, or similar courses such as geography or architecture.
• You have great commitment and strong interest in area development and political processes.
• You are reliable and enjoy working in a team.
• You are willing to learn new things and contribute your own knowledge to the team.
