As part of the development of the Events & Sponsorship department, we are looking for a project management-oriented intern to support the organisation of our strategic events, with a genuine prospect of long-term integration for high-performing profiles.
Job Description
Your mission
- Active participation in the organisation and monitoring of the group’s events (medical conferences, corporate events, workshops and seminars)
- Coordination with the various internal departments and clinics of the group
- Operational follow-up of projects (planning, list tracking, supplier coordination, logistics)
- Preparation of organisational documents
- Participation in logistical setup and on-site presence during events
- Administrative support related to projects

Qualifications
Your profile
- Training in business school, hospitality, events or equivalent
- Strong execution ability and sense of priorities
- Good organisation and rigour in task follow-up
- Ability to work independently on operational missions
- Interest in project management and dynamic environment
- Commercial mindset and service orientation
- Good stress resistance
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good command of English (medical seminars in English)
- Good level of German is an asset
- Interest in medium-term development in the event field
This position is aimed at a profile capable of evolving in a demanding environment, with a fast pace and high expectations in terms of responsiveness and reliability.
