The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the role of Application Manager at the senior level (5-8 years experience) starting from 01.06.2026
Main tasks:
- Creation of document templates
- The tasks include implementing requirements for automated
document creation using specialized output management tools (ideally
CSF Designer, alternatively comparable tools such as DocBridge, OpenText, or Adobe
LiveCycle), developing, adapting, and maintaining document templates and
layouts for various departments, connecting and integrating the
templates with different data sources and subsystems, technical
analysis, and designing integration solutions between business applications
and output management systems, as well as close collaboration with
the departments to gather and implement requirements for
document content and layouts. - Tasks may also include advising departments on
possibilities and optimization of document creation, participating in
test and quality assurance measures in output management, creating
documentation and training materials for users and departments,
as well as applying knowledge in Java or other programming languages
to extend integration capabilities.
Tasks & Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Experience with output management systems and document creation tools
(ideally CSF Designer, alternatively experience with comparable tools such as
DocBridge, OpenText, Adobe LiveCycle) - Knowledge in creating and adapting document templates and forms
- Understanding of data integration and interfaces (e.g., XML, XSD, JSON, REST, SOAP)
- Experience collaborating with various departments
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, initiative, willingness to learn, and flexibility
- Knowledge of test and quality assurance processes in output management
- Knowledge of Java or other programming languages (desirable but not mandatory)
- Experience in documenting technical solutions and processes
- You work in a dedicated DevOps team consisting of solution architects,
business engineers, DevOps engineers, Scrum masters, and product owners,
and share responsibility with the team for the support and
further development of output document management.
- German: C1 – proficient language use
- English: B2 – upper intermediate – First (FCE)
