Project Manager*in Facade Construction

Your field of activity

• You take over and lead our exciting and versatile facade construction projects in coordination with the team and the facade construction division management
• Within the projects, you are responsible for execution planning, material procurement, and project management
• Monitoring of construction costs is within your area of responsibility
• In addition, you ensure compliance with deadlines and quality, including billing and warranty acceptance
• You lead the employees assigned to your project in production and assembly

Your foundation

• You completed your apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ or metal construction technician*, metalworker*, facade builder*. Ideally, you have further training as a construction supervisor* building envelope or technician HF timber construction
• You have professional experience in construction and project management tasks, preferably in the field of building envelopes
• In dealing with specialist planners and contractors, you present yourself competently with your confident German language skills
• You have construction knowledge and are proficient in handling CAD (preferred: CADwork 2d and 3d and/or Mega CAD/AutoCAD) and MS Office programmes
