Building Technician 100% 100%- Ensuring the smooth operation of building technology (HVACSE)
- Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Monitoring systems as well as control rounds including reporting
- Coordination of craftsmen and processing of tickets
- Support in technical all-round service (e.g. winter service, site maintenance)
- Completed training in the field of building technology / HVACSE or similar
- Experience in technical building maintenance is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a high level of service awareness
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness for on-call duty
