Nurse or Health Specialist as Trainer, 50-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will take on the practical vocational training of apprentices and students
• In addition, you are jointly responsible for the holistic care and support of the house guests
• You will also be involved in shaping a positive team culture and interdisciplinary collaboration
• You will cover all shifts (early shift: 06:45 - 16:05 / late shift: 12:30 - 21:05 / split shift: 06:45 - 11:30 and 15:15 - 19:00 / weekends)
• The workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a certified nurse HF / certified male nurse HF or as a health specialist
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) is required
• Further training as a vocational trainer, or willingness to complete this, is important to the institution
• A confident handling of common IT tools is expected, ideally with Raisoft, but this is not mandatory
