Your Tasks
- You support the conception and implementation of funding measures of the Department of Culture and Sports based on the Cultural Agenda 2030.
- You develop conceptual and strategic foundations for urban cultural development.
- You write well-founded reports, decision-making bases, and statements on culturally relevant topics.
- You provide professional support within the department on complex cultural policy issues.
- In expert opinions, analyses, and situational assessments focusing on cultural developments and challenges, you actively participate.
- You take on project leadership and work in project teams.
Your Profile
- You have a degree at the university or university of applied sciences level (Master's) in the fields of politics, cultural management, economics, or similar.
- You have an affinity for culture and sports as well as experience in cultural and project management and know the city of Lucerne and its cultural institutions.
- Regular updating of knowledge, especially in the areas of culture, sports, and politics (know-how and interest) shapes your career.
- Willingness to innovate, goal orientation, and your strength in conceptual thinking distinguish you.
- Your excellent organizational and communication skills, pronounced negotiation skills, and high social competence help you manage the area of responsibility with high public attention.
- It is an advantage if you have already gained experience in public administration.
- You possess a high willingness to serve and think networked.
