Job Description
- Responsible for orders, turnover, and profitability in the region.
- Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities (small and medium projects).
- Follow-up and advice to a clientele of projects and key decision-makers of the "Buying Center" (architects, design offices, general contractors, clients, etc.).
- Calculation, preparation, and systematic follow-up of offers until contract conclusion and transfer to the project management department.
- Effective use of modern IT tools and CRM.
- Close cooperation with the project management (execution) and sales administration departments.
- Field activity with flexibility for remote work (home office) and provision of a modern company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Good commercial skills and technical knowledge in the field of blinds, façades, windows, or building.
- Experience in technical sales and advising the "Buying Center".
- A strong ability to acquire new projects and new clients.
- Knowledge of SIA standards (e.g. 118 or 342, etc.).
- You are a winning, communicative personality capable of working in a team.
- Very important: You have a very good level of German.
