About the job
The Vision Educational Service (VPD) supports visually impaired and blind children as well as their environment from early childhood to school graduation.
We are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Curative Education Early Childhood Educator / Vision Educator (60-80%)
Your tasks
Support of families with children from birth until entry into the first grade
Promotion of visual, cognitive, motor, social, and emotional skills
Teaching compensation strategies
Advising parents and professionals
Collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment
Your profile
Master's degree in special education (curative early childhood education) or willingness to acquire it alongside work
Advantageous: further training as a REHA expert in Low Vision, practical life skills, or orientation & mobility
Systemic, family-oriented attitude and high social competence
Teamwork skills, open communication
Driver's license and own car
