The Reformed Church Bäretswil is a committed parish in the Zurich Oberland with 2000 members. Our staff and numerous volunteers enable a lively church for young and old alike.

Your tasks

Operational management and organisation of the secretariat together with your job partner (20%)
Administrative support for the pastoral team, employees and church council
Co-editing "Chileziitig" and managing the homepage
Annual planning together with the responsible teams
Public relations work together with the head of the church council department
Management of the address administration
General secretarial duties
Minute-taking
Ensuring long-term continuity in the "centre" of the parish

Your profile

Completed commercial training or similar further education
Several years of experience in the commercial and ideally church sector
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Flair for structured, organised work, flexibility, work technique
Good team and communication skills
Confidence in the German language
