What is my role?

You are the heart of our service organisation and ensure that everything runs smoothly!

• Acceptance of telephone and written repair orders from customers and internal departments

• Scheduling of service technicians

• Appointment arrangements and coordination between customer and technician

• Monitoring the timely execution of assignments

• Planning of service work and partial procurement of required materials by internal departments

• Timely report processing in SAP

• Handling of complaints

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training with commercial further education or completed commercial training

• Professional experience in a comparable position (scheduling service technicians) is an advantage

• Communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact

• Good MS Office user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Teamwork, resilience, organisational talent

• Solution-oriented, independent and responsible way of working
