Your Tasks
In a specialized team of the hospital pharmacy, you are responsible for the operational purchasing of all reagents and laboratory chemicals for the Institute of Laboratory Medicine (Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, etc.) as well as Pathology and Forensic Medicine. You maintain close contact with the laboratories and suppliers. You carry out clarifications, place orders, check order confirmations, and monitor timely deliveries. Other tasks include inventory management, optimizing purchasing processes, and maintaining material master data.
Your Profile
You have training as a pharmaceutical assistant, laboratory technician, druggist, or similar and would like to further develop in the direction of purchasing. The activity requires advanced IT skills (MS Office suite). Experience with SAP is an advantage. Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. We are looking for an uncomplicated and team-oriented personality with good comprehension and communication skills. If you are also assertive and can keep an overview even under pressure, we look forward to your application.
