Registration Officer
Office of Culture | Graubünden Art Museum | 80% | Chur
For the Graubünden Art Museum, within the Office of Culture, we are looking for a registration officer starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Preparation of contracts for incoming and outgoing loans
- Planning and organizing international art transport
- Ensuring insurance for incoming and outgoing loans
- Requesting quotes and checking estimates for transport and insurance
- Planning and coordinating the setup and dismantling of exhibitions
- Correspondence with lenders, artists, museums, and art galleries
What we expect from you
- Completed university studies
- Training in museology or professional experience in project planning with specialization in the museum sector (museum or gallery)
- Experience in organizing national and international art transports
- Good knowledge of Office programs
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English, French, and Italian
