• Receiving orders and assisting in telephone sales
• Assisting with the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Creating offers and statistics
• Processing customer complaints
• Performing various administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training
• You enjoy dealing with customers and understand how to respond to customer requests and complaints
• Solid Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You are flexible regarding your work assignments, i.e. irregular working hours (early/late shifts, assignments on weekends and holidays) may be included
• You have strong communication skills and a certain assertiveness towards our customers

• An interesting, varied and independent activity in a small, well-coordinated team
• You have at least five weeks of vacation and benefit from good social benefits
