Finance and Operations Accounting Specialist             40 - 60 % (one year fixed-term)

Your Challenge

• Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in finance and operations accounting (e.g. plausibility checks of results, preparation of reports)
• Creation and monitoring of master data in operations accounting (e.g. allocations, internal transfers)
• Independent handling of enquiries and preparation of evaluations regarding the Ordinance on Integrity and Transparency in the Medicinal Products Sector (VITH)
• Support for external statistics and reports (SpiGes)

Your Profile

• Further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma or a business degree with a focus on finance
• Several years of experience in finance and operations accounting, ideally in the hospital sector or a similar industry
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially advanced level in Excel
• Time flexibility desired during periods with quarterly and annual financial statements
• Strong numerical aptitude as well as analytical, precise, careful, and independent working style
• Team- and service-oriented as well as communicative personality
