- Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care (conservative and operative) of hip diseases and injuries
- Independent performance of surgical procedures in hip endoprosthetics, revision surgery, joint-preserving hip surgery, and traumatology
- Leadership and participation in specialized hip clinics as well as interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Taking over and further developing own research projects as well as publication activities
- Commitment to the training and education of assistant physicians
What you bring with you
- Specialist title in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System (FMH or recognized in Switzerland); habilitation is an advantage
- Several years of clinical experience in hip surgery, ideally with proven expertise in endoprosthetics, revision procedures, and traumatology
- Enjoy working in a university, interprofessional environment
- High service orientation, teamwork skills, and strong communication competence
- Scientific interest and willingness to actively promote research and innovation
- Motivation to take responsibility and help shape the further development of the department
