Production Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a production operator (m/f/d) to take on the following tasks:

• Correct preparation and operation of machining, automation and sorting machines

• Self-inspection of manufactured products and initial sample release

• Forwarding of produced products according to resource planning

• Setting up and operating the equipment according to detailed planning, work instructions and operation plan

• Monitoring and documenting quality according to the inspection plan

• Responsible for machine maintenance according to the maintenance plan

• Documentation of activities in operational/shift data forms

• Participation in the continuous improvement process

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Basic mechanical training, experience with turning and milling machines

• Operation and setup of Sinumerik 840D/Sinumerik 810D

• Handling of measuring instruments, knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection (CAQ)

• Very good German skills, spoken and written

• Solution-oriented working style
