About the job
For our HR team in Basel, we are looking for temporary support in the recruiting area for five months. In this position, you will assist us in finding the right talents and ensuring a professional and efficient recruitment process. Our employees are our strength – you contribute to our company’s success and can simultaneously gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of recruitment processes – from defining the profile with supervisors to obtaining all relevant data and approvals
- Drafting and publishing job advertisements on internal and external platforms
- Reviewing CVs and assessing applicants based on job requirements
- Coordinating, scheduling, and independently conducting interviews
- Contact person for applicants and ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
- Contributing to the optimisation of processes and templates in recruiting, as well as in other HR processes
- Assisting in HR administration, especially during fluctuating workloads in recruiting
Your Qualifications
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or practical experience in the HR field
- Strong communication and organisational skills as well as a high standard of service and quality
- Structured working style and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, curious personality with willingness to take responsibility and contribute ideas
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting is an advantage
