The ITA is an international organisation constituted as an independent not-for-profit Swiss foundation, located in Lausanne (Switzerland). It provides anti-doping services to International sports Federations (IFs), Major Event Organisers (MEOs) and Anti-Doping Organisations (ADOs) that wish to delegate their anti-doping programmes to a body that implements high quality anti-doping programs with increased transparency and independence. The ITA operates in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code.

Junior IT Support
Job description
The organisation relies on complex IT systems and applications for its digital activity. The Junior IT Support aims to ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day IT operations and technological infrastructure across the ITA organisation. This position could be a perfect step-in for an entry-level professional with tech savvy.
Key responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the smooth running of the general IT infrastructure and services of the organisation.
- Interact verbally and in writing with ITA colleagues and partners to offer first and second level support, possibly using remote access.
- Handle and document support requests through the organisation’s ticketing system.
- Support user account lifecycle management (account creation, access rights, password assistance).
- Prepare and setup technology tools such as Laptops, tablets, mobile phones, AV equipment.
- Support the maintenance of the computing equipment inventory.
- Contribute to the knowledge base for known-IT issues to facilitate proactive problem-solving.
- Support the IT team in the development of IT Tools to facilitate the work of the ITA Staff.
- Support ITA’s IT operations during major sport events.
Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge and ideally hands-on experience with installation and configuration of Windows based PCs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Knowledge of Azure and Office 365 environments a plus.
- Practical, hands-on troubleshooting of laptops and tablets. Similar experience with printers and peripherals a plus.
- Fast learner, ability to work with tight deadlines in a highly sensitive IT environment.
- Very good English written and oral communication skills. French a strong asset, other languages a plus.

- Swiss residency a great asset.
