tasks

• you accompany, support and promote the guests in shaping their living environment
• in doing so, you provide pedagogical as well as nursing support and accompany in the daily structure, leisure and everyday coping
• in addition, you conduct resident-related conversations and perform key worker duties including support planning as well as execution of medical prescriptions
• you also carry out documentation in Easydok and in Word and Excel files
• depending on aptitude and interest, you can also participate in work and project groups
• the workload can, depending on preference, range between 20% and 100%
• you work either in early and late shifts and 4 times a month in split shifts or as a permanent night watch

requirements

• you have training as a health specialist or care specialist
• for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is necessary
• you also enjoy working with people with impairments (ideally already have experience in this field)
• do you also describe yourself as open-minded, sociable, conscientious and thoughtful?
