We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement for a
Customer Service Representative
(m/f/d) 80-100%
What you will do at
Personal consultation of our customers by phone
Processing individual product inquiries
Recording and handling orders (received via phone,
webshop, email)
Completing administrative tasks such as creating dossiers for our customers and following up on master data
(Navision)
What we expect
Completed vocational training in the paramedical field; convincing commercial training is an advantage
Several years of professional experience
Fluent German in spoken and written form; foreign language skills are an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Strong communication skills and needs-oriented
working style
Open and empathetic personality with enthusiasm for complex tasks
