Retail Area Manager CH East/Central (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
Management of the stores in the assigned area:
- Sales responsibility: You take full responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets in your store area, including budget planning and preparation.
- Key figure analysis: You continuously analyze relevant KPIs and derive targeted action plans to optimize cross- and omnichannel activities.
- Inventory management: You ensure efficient and smooth inventory management in the stores.
Staff recruitment, management, and coaching:
- Leadership role: You are the first point of contact for store managers and partners in all matters of store management and actively support them in daily operations.
- Staff planning: You monitor staff planning and ensure a needs- and cost-oriented staffing.
- Recruitment: You manage the selection and hiring of store managers and sales staff.
Proactive involvement in maximizing space productivity:
- Training organization: You plan and organize training on product range, merchandise knowledge, cash register systems, OC, and other tools for the continuous development of the teams.
- Brand presence: You ensure that the brand is experienced at the POS in a friendly, authentic, and target group-oriented manner.
- Season planning: You ensure the commercial implementation of the retail season planning in the stores assigned to you and ensure optimal space utilization.
What is important to us
- Successfully completed training in retail, ideally in the clothing/lingerie sector
- First leadership experience with retail employees including personnel management
- Confident and articulate expression with fluent and secure German language skills
- Strong communication skills as well as conflict management
- Professional appearance including high social competence
- Analytical thinking ability, structured working style, and thoughtful self-organization
- Openness to intensive travel, mobility (valid driver's license), and flexibility regarding working hours
