For the Public Works Department, we are looking for a
Technical Clerk 80 - 100 %
Your tasks include:
You enjoy taking on commercial and technical tasks independently or together with the team and supervisors. Everything concerning the Public Works interests you, and you like to act as a hub and expert both technically and administratively. Your tasks include, for example:
- Organisation and maintenance of the Public Works administration, including mail service and ordering
- Hub function for internal and external partners as well as residents
- Editing resolutions and documents for the authorities
- Processing applications (e.g. public land, temporary parking bans, etc.)
- Creating and updating reporting systems (time and performance recording)
- Controlling, data and budget maintenance of the Public Works cost centre
- Organisation and supervision of plant pruning in the residential area
- Responsible for signage (procurement, control, database maintenance)
Your personality is characterised by:
You like the combination of technology and administration, always have an open ear for the concerns of your interlocutors, actively contribute, appreciate pragmatic solutions, and know how to set priorities and implement them. You are communicative, empathetic, straightforward, and ready for everything that makes a team successful.
- Technical training with administrative further education (e.g. Technical Clerk) and/or commercial training (Clerk EFZ) in a craft-related field
- Experience in the construction sector is an advantage
- Enjoyment and experience in combining technical and commercial work
- Flexibility in thinking and acting, technical understanding
- Excellent German and solid MS Office skills (Abacus and Innosolv are an advantage)
- Enjoyment of practical, active work; driving licence category B
