About the job
Your Tasks
- You support the ward doctor in administrative tasks.
- You handle and forward telephone and written enquiries, arrange appointments, and register consultations, X-rays, therapies, etc.
- You maintain the medical records in collaboration with the ward doctor.
- You accompany the doctors on ward rounds and document the prescriptions.
Your Profile
- Medical practice assistant or completed medical training (e.g. health specialist) with further training as a medical secretary and several years of professional experience in a hospital
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology and IT skills (KISIM knowledge is an advantage)
- Work commitment Monday to Friday (no weekends)
