Team Leader Property Management, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take over the professional and personnel management of the property management department
• You are responsible for the strategic development as well as ensuring high-quality property management
• You will also organise, coordinate and monitor all management processes
• Furthermore, you will manage your own portfolio of rental properties and a few condominium owners' associations
• In this role, you will work closely with the management and the head of property accounting and maintain close communication
• The workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience as a property manager in the areas of rental properties and condominiums (m/f/d)
• You have also completed further training as a certified property manager, certified real estate trustee or similar further education
• Leadership experience as well as a strong customer and service orientation are also important
