Job Description

Case Manager (50-70%):

• As a case manager, you accompany surgical patients before, during, and after their hospital stay
• From anamnesis to follow-up calls, you provide advisory support to the patient
• You coordinate collaboration between various service providers
• You organise appropriate follow-up solutions as needed
   

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (30-50%):

• You treat and care for patients during their hospital stay
• You assist in ensuring optimal and competent nursing care
• Medical-technical, administrative, and domestic tasks are part of your responsibilities
• You enjoy supporting trainees.
• You help ensure smooth departmental operations while considering cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

• Training as a nursing specialist HF, professional experience in an acute hospital
• An independent, competent, and innovative personality
• Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work in a team
• A careful, precise, and independent working style
• Willingness to embrace innovations and develop professionally
• Very good German skills (spoken and written) and oral French skills (or willingness to learn them)
