- You ensure the smooth operation of all infrastructure systems of our office and production buildings as well as the entire company premises
- You independently carry out professional maintenance and repair work in the facility management area
- You supervise, monitor and optimize the entire building technology
(heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electricity, compressed air, fire alarm systems, etc.) - You coordinate external service providers and ensure efficient cooperation (service technicians, craftsmen, etc.)
- You support in environmental work, winter service and on-call duty
What it takes
- You have a technical or manual basic training, for example as a mechanic, electrician or ideally as an industrial electrician
- You bring professional experience in the field of building technology or facility management
- You work independently, service-oriented and reliably as a team player
- You are confident with MS Office and have good SAP knowledge
- You have very good German skills and a category B driving license, forklift license is an advantage
