Your mission

• Advise our customers, take measurements, perform after-sales repairs, and carry out warranty work
• Professionally install Koralle shower walls within the given deadlines
• Manage and organize customer orders independently and handle complaints as quickly as possible
• Perform administrative tasks such as writing weekly reports, emails, and issuing invoices
• Cover for your colleagues during their holidays and in case of illness

Your profile

• Completed training in the industrial field or in the construction/craft sector
• High manual dexterity and a strong preference for practical and precise work
• Structured, independent, and reliable working method, customer-oriented solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ease with digital tools
• Flexible and dynamic personality with a strong technical service orientation
• Very good command of French and basic school-level German, both spoken and written
• Resident in the requested region
