Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as Department Head 80-100% starting 01.02.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks: You provide our clients with optimal care, treatment, and support in their familiar environment. The scope of duties also includes co-supervision of our trainees FaGe and AGS. You are responsible for professional and organizational management.
Our requirements: a diploma at HF level with professional experience in a Spitex organization is a basic requirement. Additional training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this. Enjoyment of independent and responsible work. Completed management training at team leader level is an advantage. Committed teamwork and flexibility are highly valued by us. A driving license is absolutely necessary.
