- Oversee recruitment activities including job postings and interviews.
- Coordinate employee certificates and manage HR correspondence.

- Strong communicator in German, ideally French, with Office skills.

About the job
What you will achieve:
- Joint handling of all personnel processes related to the employment relationship with our HR service partners – from entry through changes, handling of illnesses and accidents as well as maternity and paternity leave to exit, including payroll
- Processing the recruitment process such as publication of job advertisements, management of the applicant database and interview coordination
- Coordination of the processes for interim and work references
- Management of the HR mailboxes
- Support and participation in HR projects

- Successful education with vocational baccalaureate at the commercial school with good to very good results and a long-term internship as a prerequisite
- You are a doer, think along, question and actively contribute new ideas
- You are reliable, determined, enjoy working in a team and are communicative, a strong communicator orally and in writing in the compulsory German subject and ideally French
- You drive operational tasks efficiently and with great care
- Good Microsoft Office skills and enjoyment in applying your customer orientation in daily interactions
