Administrative Project Support – Contract Management Infrastructure Facilities (m/f)
Your area of responsibility:
- You support our client in the further expansion of nationwide energy facilities
- Administrative and operational support of the Asset Related Contracts team
- Support in contract management and in the preparation of project documents
- Preparation of project reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Assistance with invoicing as well as internal and external billing
- Support in correspondence with partners, authorities, and other interest groups
- Participation in structured document filing
- Support in monitoring project-specific milestones
- Recording procurement requirements and supporting procurement steps in Ariba and Lean Catalog (rarely, but occasionally)
- Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
- Experience in administrative project support
- Knowledge of property law, land registry, or tenancy law is an advantage
- Experience with infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Ability to consolidate information from various sources and prepare it clearly
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP, PPM, and Ariba is an advantage
- Very good German and good French skills
- Your place of residence is in Switzerland
