About the job
What you can achieve
- Maintain our filling, production, packaging, and process equipment, support new installations and conversions, and document all relevant steps for quality assurance.
- Be ready for deployment in day operations with occasional on-call duty and continuously optimize our systems and components to ensure smooth processes.
- Apply your metalworking skills (turning, milling, drilling, welding) purposefully and find solutions to technical challenges with a structured approach.
- Work closely with technical purchasing to efficiently procure required spare parts while always adhering to all safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements.
What you bring with you
- You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a polymechanic maintenance technician, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, or comparable qualifications.
- Experience in maintaining production equipment is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome!
- Willingness for on-call duty and occasional weekend shifts.
- Safety awareness – your safety and that of your colleagues come first!
- Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential in our environment.
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing and proficiency in Office programs.
