We are looking for a
Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant SRK or Care Assistant AGS 80 - 100%
Your Tasks and Perspectives
- You share responsibility for needs-based and situation-appropriate care and support of our residents.
- You inform, support, and accompany our residents individually – always resource-oriented and needs-adapted.
- The careful documentation of your care and support services according to RAI guidelines is a matter of course for you and brings you joy.
- Recording services and material consumption is part of your daily care routine.
- You reliably and conscientiously perform vital sign checks and blood sugar measurements. (SRK according to competency proof)
- You recognize changes in the condition of the residents early and pass relevant information on to the responsible specialists.
What You Bring
- Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or as a Nursing Assistant with SRK certificate
- Joy in caring for and supporting elderly people
- A high level of motivation, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Ideally, you already have several years of experience in long-term care
- You have good oral and written communication skills in German
