Your Tasks
As a RAI responsible person, you play an important role in the further development of our care quality. You support our teams in correctly and practically applying the interRAI LTCF CH system. You ensure that care efforts are carefully and comprehensibly documented, assist with analysis, and specifically contribute optimization suggestions. In close collaboration with the supervisors, you regularly review the care effort groups and help to further strengthen the documentation. You also conduct internal training sessions and support employees with your expertise. You closely follow updates in the interRAI system and support their implementation at our locations. You are the contact person for health insurance companies. In this way, you help ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care in the future.

Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Solid experience in RAI recording and handling RAI Soft. Ideally, you have already completed the training to become an LTCF expert or are willing to attend it
- Very good knowledge of care documentation and recording
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead training sessions and workshops
- Initiative, precision, and a structured way of working
- The desire to actively contribute to the further development of care quality
- Regular working hours, fixed working days/times possible
