WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. The interaction between your actions and our values contributes to your personal success and that of H&M.

You:

• share your knowledge of fashion and products to support our customers in their shopping experience.
• work as a team to provide first-class service.
• ensure that the sales floor and stockroom are well stocked and organised.
• can be yourself and represent the H&M Group positively.

• ideally have gained initial experience in retail or a service-oriented activity.

• The gross monthly salary for this position at a 100% activity rate is at least CHF 4,192.– (13 monthly salaries). The actual remuneration is determined based on professional experience and qualifications.
