Your Duties

You own and develop your product portfolio and manage its performance as an entrepreneur (from product development to commercial & financial performance)

Very good understanding of commercial key performance indicators and coherences

Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns & promotions

Analyze the results of the implemented campaigns/promotions daily, deliver regular reports and propose ways of performance optimization

Translate product vision into business requirements and bring them to life technically and from a Go-To-Market perspective

With your business acumen and analytical experience, you analyze the results of your products, deliver regular reports and propose ways of optimization

Review and analyze existing processes to spot areas of improvement

Brief and oversee the different departments impacted by the activities around the product

Coordinate the creation of the sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate

Your Profile

Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

Entrepreneurial mindset with highly autonomous way of working

Cross functional thinking: from marketing planning to commercial and financial performance of your product line

5 to 10 years of experience in Product Development/Project Management preferably in telecommunications

Hands on, willing to dig into the smallest details from all angles (Marketing, Customer experience, Product knowledge, Business process, …)

Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Excellent analytical skills

Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (especially with Excel and PowerPoint) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Mistral)

Speaks English & German (French is a plus)

Able to work highly independently and work effectively with wide range of teams
