In this role, you support the Security/Facility Management department and are primarily responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of the property and outdoor facilities
- Inspection rounds inside and outside the building, door checks
- Organization of maintenance in the area of Security & Facility Management
- Handling small projects, organizing and implementing them, as well as supporting large projects
- Processing damage reports and implementing measures
- Accompanying external service providers
- Participation in emergency management
To manage these tasks, you bring:
- Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field with further education
Caretaker EFZ - Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style, flexible and resilient
- High safety awareness
- Very good oral and written German skills
