On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis' labour market integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job-seeking persons. One of these is the EAR measure (Determination of labour market-relevant resources), an assessment and potential evaluation for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need to assess labour market-relevant skills and the integration potential for the labour market is to be evaluated. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The referring agency is the regional employment centre (RAV).
