Do you see yourself as one of our future Restaurant Managers? In the trainee program, we train you to become an assistant, the right hand of the Restaurant Manager. In this role, you carry the operational responsibility in the daily restaurant routine. You already have experience leading a team and lead your crew with great enthusiasm because teamwork is crucial to success for you. Even in hectic times, you keep a cool head and support your employees by pitching in everywhere in the restaurant. Area of Responsibility
Your tasks as an Assistant Trainee include:
• leading a work shift in the restaurant;
• supporting the crew in the kitchen or at the cash register;
• creating work schedules and monthly closings;
• ordering products;
• introducing and training new employees.
