- Collectors Bike Delivery Services: Responsibility for the
- Professional experience: Completed vocational training EFZ and experience with further training in the field of work education/vocational integration (an advantage).
- Customer orders: Responsible for the qualitative &
- Accompaniment experience: Experience in supporting people with mental illness (an advantage). - IV clarifications and build-up training: Determining the resources and integration potential of the participants. - Agogic support: Accompanying and supporting people within the framework of social and vocational integration. - Support of site development: Co-responsibility for the implementation and realization of strategic decisions, new processes, and future changes. - Conducting conversations: Written documentation, preparing and conducting conversations as well as status assessments. - Cross-departmental collaboration: Close cooperation with internal departments and professionals Vocational Integration.
