The Spitex organisation Unteres Niederamt ensures Spitex services for the population in the region on behalf of 6 municipalities (Däniken, Eppenberg-Wöschnau, Erlinsbach SO, Gretzenbach, Niedergösgen, Schönenwerd) with around 19,000 inhabitants.
To complement our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (80–100% workload)
Your tasks
- Day-to-day responsibility and first point of contact for our clients, the staff on duty as well as for doctors and hospitals
- Needs-, situation- and resource-oriented care, support and advice for our clients at home, including their social environment
- Ensuring the nursing process
- Determining nursing needs using inter RAI HC and creating nursing plans
- Evaluating nursing plans with clients
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, care homes and other specialist agencies
- Client care in somatic and psychiatric nursing
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Experience in outpatient care or interest in gaining this with us
- IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
- Team player, flexible and resilient
- Own vehicle available
- Basic RAI HC course desirable
