- Mandatory several years of professional experience in an assistant role
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Outlook) and IT affinity
- Independent and proactive working style with a high level of commitment
- Structured, organized, and conscientious personality with can-do qualities, pronounced quality awareness, assertiveness, and a confident appearance
- Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
