You play a key role within the Planning department, providing technical and organizational support to projects around the Hastus software, essential for the smooth running of operations.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have a technical education (CFC in computer science, information systems, or related field) and have proven experience as a project technician, supporting the project manager on technical, organizational, and monitoring aspects
• You possess advanced knowledge of the LDT/OLDT as well as an excellent understanding of the company and the public transport sector
• You master the Hastus tool and the French language (C1); knowledge of German (B1) is an asset
• You demonstrate anticipation and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are recognized for your diplomacy, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• You ensure the proper functioning of the Hastus software and monitor its developments
• You develop new features to meet business needs
• You control the interfaces between different management software and ensure their proper execution
• You collaborate in detecting and handling irregularities in the Hastus software (GIRO)
• You participate in managing the ticketing system and tracking requests
• You perform data analyses in response to the needs of various departments and management
• You prepare documentation and coordinate training activities
• You support your colleagues in the optimal use of the software
