Maintenance Mechanic 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Performing regular maintenance work on machines, equipment, or other systems to ensure their proper functioning
- Identifying and resolving malfunctions or problems that occur during operation to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to detect and avoid potential malfunctions early
- Maintaining maintenance logs, recording completed work, problems, and solutions for future reference
- Careful documentation of all maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts replacements. Updating maintenance logs and records for each device according to legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Close cooperation with other departments as well as external machine manufacturers
- Compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance work to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support in conducting internal and external audits
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects (CIP) as well as internal optimization projects
- Promoting workplace safety within the team by exemplifying and enforcing compliance with internal and legal regulations and values
Your qualifications
- Technical vocational training with a professional certificate
- Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Professional experience in the maintenance of technical equipment
- Residence permit according to Art. 15 NIV
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and control technology is an advantage
- Experience with CNC machines is an advantage
- Motivated and team-oriented personality
- Independent, structured, and precise way of working
